I wanted to love this place, but my double room felt cramped, almost like I requested the smaller room on purpose. I almost managed to enjoy the garden, but it could really use a comfy seating area, like, where are the hammocks? Don't even get me started on how I expected an upgrade after such annoyances-I just couldn't leave a good review.

We had a REALLY REALLY NICE time. The location was marvellous, in the middle of jackson, the hotel overlooked garden. Visited Thao Beo Restaurant Bar for a few drinks, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue, recommend. The room was nicely decorated, offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. The staff were wonderful, overall.

The outside seating in the garden is rather sparse. A hammock would add coziness and comfort!!! The bathroom could use more hooks for towels and clothes.

Stunningly beautiful place with stunning rooms. A great selection of options, appetising food. Location just off a lovely garden, and Ninh Binh. Also, in the middle of jackson.

The garden view around the hotel was fine and made for a peaceful atmosphere. Tom and his mother's hospitality shone through. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent, with everything I needed right at my fingertips. The garden was an absolute highlight of the hotel.

A Hidden Gem with a Family Vibe
Staying here was lovely! It was like being part of a family, with Dinh and his mom greeting us with warmth. The garden was a beautiful sanctuary filled with tropical foliage. We were treated to a deliciously fresh breakfast each morning, and the clean, beautifully decorated room made it hard to leave. I would happily return every year if I could! If there was one thing to improve, it would be to offer more organized tours in the area.

Great options for breakfast on the patio 🍳. Awesome location near the Vietnam and bus station. the garden is hidden from the crowded street.
